Hello, my name is Jason, and I am the founder of You Care & We Care Support Services. With over 14 years of experience in various adult social care settings, my focus has primarily been on supporting individuals with learning disabilities. Since establishing our services in 2019, we have witnessed gradual but wholly positive growth, emphasizing the provision of appropriate support and restoring personal autonomy. My team and I are committed to redefining support for people with diverse abilities, returning control to them to empower their life choices, all while offering proper guidance and support whenever it's needed most.
Francesca Clarke (Support manager)
Hello!
My name is Francesca (Fran), and I am the operations manager for You Care & We Care Support Services. With over 15 years of experience in various fields, ranging from education to adult social care settings, I joined the team last December to assist in managing the services we offer to everyone.
I have embraced my role in supporting both our clients and our support team, aiming to instill our values and, most importantly, to help everyone realize their dreams. I am eager to assist the individuals we support in achieving their personal goals, while fostering a person-centered approach that promotes their independence.
I am committed to working closely with our clients and the team to bolster everyone's confidence and improve their life skills. Additionally, I am here to aid in the daily operations of our day service and community support.

My journey has been driven by a strong belief in the importance of inclusivity; I strive to create environments where everyone feels connected and truly valued in their communities.
Throughout my career, I’ve learned that when people feel seen and appreciated, their self-esteem and confidence soar. This not only enriches their personal lives but also paves the way for greater independence. I’m passionate about helping others discover their strengths and potential, providing the encouragement they need to navigate their paths toward self-sufficiency. With four years under my belt in the ever-rewarding care industry, I've navigated my way through various spheres of support. Transitioning from elderly care to assisting individuals with learning difficulties was like diving into a mesmerizing, uncharted ocean of experiences. Each day presents its unique challenges and triumphs, awakening a passion I hadn’t fully anticipated before. While the age group may differ, the thread of compassion ties it all together, and I’m proud to say that I’ve embraced this new role wholeheartedly.
When the day’s work concludes, my heart also finds solace in the company of my loved ones. I am deeply family-oriented; nothing compares to those cherished moments spent with family and friends. Whether sharing a hearty laugh over a meal, embarking on small adventures, or simply enjoying each other’s company, these experiences ground me and remind me of the world beyond work.

Hello everyone! My name’s Leanne, and I’m thrilled to share a bit about my journey with you. I joined You Care & We Care in April 2024, stepping into a role that was both exciting and new. From the very beginning, I felt a strong pull towards supporting others, a calling I had long hoped to follow.
Each day in this role brings a unique experience, and I truly revel in the joy of witnessing the individuals we support blossom into more independent versions of themselves. Whether it’s celebrating a small victory or a significant achievement, each moment fills my heart with happiness. Knowing I play a part in their journey—helping them reach their goals and overcome challenges—is incredibly fulfilling.
