Community hub

Our community hub originated from the aspirations of three individuals we support, who sought a welcoming place to foster friendships. In realizing this vision, we have sustained a tranquil environment where people can relish a variety of activities throughout the week. We recognize that funding can be a concern, so we collaborate with you to optimize your support package. At the community hub, we provide an array of activities weekly, yet we ensure that those we support have complete autonomy over their choices, even as we encourage the exploration of new activities.

Living independently is crucial for everyone, which is why our primary support area is helping people manage better at home, ensuring your living space is clean, tidy, and arranged just the way you like it. We understand the importance of staying connected with others for your health and well-being, so we provide support to help you engage with the community in various ways, according to your preferences. We will assist you in attending groups, visiting family and friends, exploring places you love, or simply having a cup of tea and a chat.

Understanding the importance of maintaining independence through basic life skills, we provide services to support your self-sufficiency, stepping in only when necessary. 

Additionally, we can assist in enhancing your meal preparation skills or simply ensure that you or a loved one receives a cooked meal daily. We are committed to collaborating with you to expand your culinary options and improve your cooking abilities.

We know that your health and well-being is most important, we can support you to attend any appointments or be that person to give you some reassurance. 

We understand that days can seem endless when you don't meet many people, leading to feelings of isolation. Our primary aim is to assist individuals in becoming more engaged with everyday life, enhancing their social skills, forging new friendships, or simply having someone to drop by for a game and a conversation.
